摘要 本文介绍了一种高速高分辨率CMOS图像采集系统。给出了系统结构原理,分析了CMOS图像传感器驱动时序,研制了系统成像与高速图像数据存储电路。设计了系统数据采集和应用软件。系统全帧图像读出帧频率最高可达500帧/秒,图像分辨率为1280×1024,曝光时间最快10μs。 This paper introduces a high-speed and high-resolution CMOS imaging acquisition system. The schematic structure is given. The timing sequence of the CMOS image sensor is analyzed. The imaging part and the high speed image data memory unit are emphasized. The data acquisition card and the application software are designed. The system can operate up to 500 frames per second. The resolution of the image is 1024H × 1280V pixels, and the electronic shutter can be set to the least of 10μs.
