摘要
从料堆的几何形状分析入手,建立料堆的几何模型,结合对取料过程的描述,推导出一些数学模型,并重点探讨斗轮最大进给量、桥架最大进给转角以及斗轮小车瞬时侧向速度的计算,提出了圆形料场桥式斗轮堆取料机取料能力的稳定方法。
Based on analysis of bulk material stacking and reclaiming using a bridge - type bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer in a circular stockyard, the geometric and mathematic models of the stockpile are created, and a series of equations are derived.The main description is determination of bucket wheel' s maximum feeding value, bridge' s rotation angle and the bucket wheel' s instantaneous side speed. Thus the method of stabilizing reclaiming capacity is given.
