摘要
以自制的磷钨酸铈为催化剂,通过苯甲醛和乙二醇为原料合成了苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛,并探讨了其催化活性,研究了反应物料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间、催化剂重复使用性能等因素对反应的影响.实验结果表明:合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛较适宜的反应条件为:苯甲醛0.1 mol,n(苯甲醛)/n(乙二醇)=1.0/1.7,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1.0%,甲苯为带水剂,反应时间2.0 h.上述条件下,苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的产率可达79.5%.
Benzaldehyde glycol acetal was synthesized from benzaldehyde and ethylene glycol in the present of CePW12O40. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the better conditions were found as follows: based on 0.1 mol benzaldehyde , the molar ratio of benzaldehyde to ethylene glycol is 1.0/1.7, the quantity of catalyst is equal to 1.0% of the feed stock, the amount of tulene 10 mL and the reaction time is 2.0 h. Under the above conditions its yield can reach over 79.5 %.
