摘要
数控机床能否准确回零,将影响机床的加工精度。文章以FANUC7M系统及SINUMER IK880系统为例,就大多数数控机床所使用的增量栅格法的回零机制作一个简单的分析及比较,并结合实例对数控机床回零时出现的故障进行了分析。
It will affect the accuracy of machine tool process if CNC machine tool can return home accurately or not. With the examples of FANUC7M system and SINUMERIK880 system, this article analyzes and compares the grid methods of returning home used in most CNC machine tools, and makes an assay of the common faults in the period of its returning home with some real examples.
