创造与创新氛围研究述评

A Review of Researches on Climates for Creativity and Innovation

本文在查阅和分析近10年(1995-2005)国外刊物与会议纪录基础上,提供一个关于创造与创新氛围研究之述评。文中,从相关研究之文献分布、研究者、方法、样本、工具、关注焦点与研究成果等层面进行了综合性的讨论;同时,也说明了近10年来的研究进展与5方面的重要特点;最后,提出了4点未来研究的可行方向之建议。

This article is trying to review the researches on climates for creativity and innovation in foreign periodicals and proceedings from 1995 to 2005. Including authors, metbods, samples, instruments, focus points, major discoveries, and the distribution in these researches will become the topics on discussion in this article. Furthermore. this article will try to find out the explanation about some main progresses and five key features of the development in these researches in the last decade. Finally, this article will give four suggestions on literature for the coming researchers as a probable direction on this future research.
