循环经济是一种生态经济,出现有客观必然性,它要求运用生态学规律而不是机械论规律来指导经济活动。作为一种新经济形态、发展模式和理念,在中国尚处概念引进及消化阶段,未形成完整系统理论体系,与发达国家差距较大。因此,探索中国循环经济发展之路是未来可持续发展的重要一环。本文系统阐述了发展循环经济的客观必然性、意义、认识阶段、成果、问题和发展思路。

In essence, recycle economy is ecological economy. The appearance of this kind of economic model has its own objectivity and inevitability, it requires human beings to guide and deal with daily economic activities according to rules of ecology instead of mechanics. Recycle economy, as a kind of new economy and development model and conception,introduced to our country for a short time and in the stage of concept introduction and digestion, up to now has no systematic and perfect theories and with great gaps compared with developed countries in this field. So exploring how to develop recycle economy in our country is a very important joint in the roads of future economic continual development. This paper makes systematic dissertations and summarizations in the objectivity,inevitability,meaning,stages of cognition,fruits,existing problems,train developing methods of the development of recycle, economy.
