气体膨胀型自力式温度调节阀传感器设计

摘要 以波纹管压力平衡型自力式温度调节阀为例,介绍了气体膨胀型自力式温度调节阀的原理,分析了阀芯受力状况,推导出了温度传感器内充气体的摩尔数与相关参数和温度变化的关系,探讨了内充气体的选择以及初装压力的确定。其结果可为该类阀门传感器的设计提供参考。 The operating principle of gas-expanded direct-acting temperature regulators senor was presented based on the type of pressure balanced with bellows,and the valve plug force was analyzed. On the above basis, the relationship between gas-quality of temperature-sensing medium and temperature change and other factors was also deduced in detail, the selection of gas and its initial filling pressure was discussed as well. The analysis results provide a very useful reference for technological design of the gas-expanded direct-acting temperature regulators senor.
