摘要
摇滚式混合机筒体受粉体的压力,根据粉体力学相关知识,分别在不同工作状态下,应用Ansys建立了筒体组件三维参数化有限元模型。通过改变摩擦轮的支撑进行了筒体强度分析,确定了摩擦轮的大小和支撑位置,并对筒体进行了局部加厚优化设计。最后进行了筒体静强度校核和疲劳强度校核。
The cylinder of the rocking mixer contains powder,according to the powder mechanics,a parameterized 3-D finite element model of the cylinder subassembly has been established using Ansys, the intensity analysis of the vessel is described when it is in different working states. By the results of the cylinder intensity according to the different support of friction-wheel, the size and supporting location of friction-wheel are determined, and the cylinder increases thickness at the local part, so the optimization design of the cylinder subassembly is performed. Finally, the static intensity and fatigue intensity of the cylinder are checked.
