摘要
介绍了新型板式空气预热器在60×104t/a焦化汽柴油加氢装置中的应用情况。加热炉改烧含H2S较高的酸性气后,对烟气系统和空气预热器产生了严重腐蚀,通过分析腐蚀原因,采取了相应的改进措施,提高了加热炉空气预热器的换热效果。同时提出了新型空气预热器在实际应用中的一些注意事项。
The application of new board-type air preheater in 600 kt/a delayed coking gasoline/ diesel hydrorefining unit was introduced . When the heating furnace changed to burn acid gas which had high level H2S,the flue system and air preheater were in severe corrosion. After analyzing which cause the corrosion, a list of corresponding modified measures were taken, and the efficiency of the air preheater＇s exchange heat reaches the best. Meanwhile,some cautions when using the new air preheater were summarized.
