根据上海化工教育培训中心几年来开展职业培训工作的体会,在构建人才高地建设、推动上海华谊(集团)公司经济发展的实效方面,试析职业培训对提高企业员工综合素质、增强企业竞争力的积极意义以及相关问题的认识,探索职业培训更好地服务华谊集团经济建设。

According to the vocational training carried out in recent years by the Shanghai Chemical Industry Education and Training Center, the effect of improving professional quality on pushing the beneficial result of Hua Yi （Group） Company has been summurized.Tbe relation between staffs＇ quality and business compatitive ability has also been analyzed in the article. Aiming at to serve the Hua Yi （Group） Company further better on business development with the professional training, a still better way has being explored by the author.
