摘要数字资源呈缴保存机制是保存数字资源的有效措施之一,目前许多国家在数字资源呈缴保存机制方面进行了有益的探索和应用部署。数字资源呈缴保存机制建设的内容包括呈缴保存模式、保存管理措施、提交方式、审核体系和使用政策等,其建设原则是要体现个人、集体和国家的利益平衡。
