采用负离子原位聚合法制备聚丁二烯/二氧化硅纳米复合材料(英文)

摘要 采用负离子原位聚合工艺制备了聚丁二烯(PB) /SiO2纳米复合材料,研究了复合材料的结构及性能。结果表明,经过γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPS)处理后的SiO2粒子与PB基体形成了强烈的界面相互作用,使得复合材料的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)升高,热稳定性提高,储能模量(E′)明显增大,损耗因子(tanδ)降低。 Polymer/silica nanocomposites (PSN) have excellent properties because of the strong interaction between silica particles and matrix. Reports on PSN prepared by sol-gel mostly focus on resin as matrix, however, very few has been done to rubber. In our previous study we found that particles could disperse in monomer uniformly and the reinforcement could be fully displayed, so in situ polymerization was very promising for preparing PSN. This research was carried out to develop the process for preparing polybutadiene (PB) / silica nanocomposite by anionic polymerization, which had never been reported.
