摘要
实验证实叶下珠能明显降低CCl_4引起的小鼠血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)的升高;抑制肝脏脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的生成。叶下珠体外与大鼠肝细胞共同孵育,能抑制CCl_4所致的肝细胞膜流动性降低,降低肝细胞内钙离子浓度。结果提示,叶下珠的保护肝脏损伤作用可能与其抗脂质过氧化和膜保护作用有关。
The carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)-induced increases of serum glutamic-pyruvic trasaminase (ALT)and elevation of MDA in liver of mice were significantly lowered by Phyllanthus urinaria L in vitro.The rat hepatocytes were incubated with Phyllanthus urinaria L (10-3g/L~10°g/L) in vitro, CCl4-indued decreases of mobility of membrane of liver cells were inhibited , intracellular free Ca 2+([ Ca2+]i)concentrations of liver cells were lowered.These results suggest that the anti-lipid peroxidation effect and protective action of membrane of Phyllanthus urinaria L were contributed to its protective action against CCl4induced liver injuries.
