HPLC测定复方丹参片中原儿茶醛和丹参酮ⅡA

THE DETERMINATION OF PROTOCATECHUIC ALDEHYDE AND TANSHINONE ⅡA IN COMPOUND TABLET OF DANSHEN BY HPLC

采用反相高效液相色谱法，测定市售七个药厂生产的复方丹参片中原儿茶醛和丹参酮ⅡＡ含量，结果差异很大。因丹参生药材经不同溶剂提取，可直接影响水溶性和脂溶性两种有效成分的浸出。

Protocatechuic aldehyde and tanshinone Ⅱ A in compound tablet of Danshen were determined by RP-HPLC,The Shimpack CLC-ODS(150×6mm id,5μm)was used as analytical column.The mobile phase were methanol-ammonium acetate buffer (pH2.2)(10:90)and methanol-water(85:15)respectively.The result showed that both of the contents were quite different in the seven products.And the extraction solvents for medicinal material of Danshen might directly affect the recovery of these two components.
