Points needing attention when dealing with disastrous accidents were systematically described from the following aspects the importance of dealing with disastrous accidents promptly, its basic characteristics, organization and operation corresponding with the dealing of the accidents, preparations as well as the principle of on-site organization and operation. The countermeasures to the accidents were given.
