摘要
分析了传统消防监督管理模式的不足,提出了公共消防管理的概念,并就构建中国特色的公共消防管理体系进行了论述。
The deficiency of the traditional fire management was analyzed. The concept supervision of public management was put forward. How to establish the public management system for use in China was discussed.
