摘要
分析了传统钢制件热镀锌工艺存在的缺陷,给出了热镀锌优化工艺。介绍了助镀剂的作用机理、有效成分和pH控制范围,并给出了节锌措施。生产实际表明,采用优化后的热镀锌技术,能有效降低锌耗,取得显著的经济效益。
The shortcomings of traditional technology of hot galvanizing on steel work were analyzed, and the optimized technology-was presented. The action mechanisms, active components and pH range were introduced, and the methods to reduce the zinc consumption were discussed. The productive practice indicates that using optimized technology can reduce the zinc consumption effectively and achieve remarkable economic effects.
