摘要 介绍了模具磷化和耐磨、防锈复合磷化的工艺流程及配方,讨论了防锈复合磷化工艺中各成分的作用,分析了影响磷化膜耐蚀性的因素。 The process flows and formulations of die equipment phosphating and wear and rust resistance composite phosphating were introduced. The functions of different component in rust resistance composite phosphating were discussed. The influential factors on the corrosion resistance of phosphating film were analyzed.
