人神经生长因子预防鼠脑损伤的研究

摘要 已有很多实验研究证实,应用从鼠颌下腺提取的神经生长因子能够预防鼠脑隔-海马通路横切后造成的神经元死亡。本文研究了从人胎盘中提取的神经生长因子预防鼠脑隔-海马通路横切后造成神经元死亡的作用,发现人神经生长因子也能够预防神经元死亡。 Previous studies have shown that the loss of adult rat septal cholinergic neurons after brain injury may be resulted due to transection of septohippocampal pathway. But it can be prevented by immediate intraventicular administration of nerve growth factor (NGF) as purified from rat salivary gland. This research reports that NGF purified from human placenta can play the same role to prevent death of neuron in septal areas after transection of axons, thus it can also prevent loss of neurons.
