The Background,Function and Optimization of the System of Exemption from Inspection

针对近年来社会上因部分免检产品出现质量问题而对产品免检制度产生的质疑,本文在发展市场经济的宏观大背景下对免检制度产生的背景和作用作了阐释,并对免检制度在实施过程中出现的问题,从理论和现实操作两个方面提出了相应的对策建议。

Because in recent years some products exempt from inspection have quality problems, people have doubts to the system of exemption from inspection. From the development of market economy, this article discusses the background system. In regard of problems which appears in implementation process, and the function of the the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from theory and practice.
