摘要 为了探索对较暗目标进行成像的新方法,我们在TI公司生产的带有增益寄存器的EMCCD(Electron Multiply CCD)芯片基础上,构建了一套成像系统,主要用于对此芯片进行性能测试,为将来构建天文观测用相机做准备。本文主要介绍了EMCCD的结构特点、工作原理,并且详细介绍实验室采用TI公司的EMCCD搭建的成像系统,以及在此系统基础上对EMCCD进行地评测。 In order to find new method for dark object imaging, an imaging system based on EMCCD (Electron Multiply CCD) chip with gain register manufactured by TI Company is developed to test the performance of the chip, which is an initial stage for the further development of astronomy camera. In this article, the structure feature of EMCCD and its working principles are introduced. The photon counting system developed based on TI EMCCD chip is described in detail, and the testing result of EMCCD performance based on this system is given.
