山绿茶不同炮制品中总黄酮的含量测定

Determination of Total Flavonoids in Different Processed Products of Ilex hainanensis Merr

目的建立山绿茶不同炮制品的质量研究方法。方法以芦丁为对照品，采用紫外分光光度法测定山绿茶不同炮制品申总黄酮的含量。结果芦丁浓度在8．112-48．672（ μg／ml）之间与吸光度值呈良好的线性关系，回归方程为C=85．2245A＋0．6427，r=0.9990。平均回收率为101．24％，RSD=2．73％。结论该测定方法灵敏，简便，重现性好，可用于山绿茶不同炮制品的质量控制。

Objective To establish the evidence for quality of different processed products of llex hainanensis Merr. Methods Rutin as the standard and using ultraviolet spectrophotometer to determine the content of total flavonoids in llex hainanensis Merr. Results The linear relateionship of rutin was good from 8. 112 （μg/ml） to 48. 672 （μg/ml）, C = 85. 2245A ＋ 0. 6427, r = 0. 999 0. The average recovery was 101.24% （ RSD = 2.73% ）. Conclusion This method is accurate, simple and reproducible, and can be applied to the quality control of the different processed products of llex hainanensis Merr.
