摘要
目的优化枳实总黄酮最佳提取工艺。方法以柚皮苷为对照,用紫外分光光度法在283 nm处测定总黄酮含量,以总黄酮含量为指标,应用正交实验,优选枳实总黄酮最佳提取工艺,并对总黄酮水洗除杂的工艺进行了优化。结果优选出的最佳提取工艺是:60%乙醇,8倍量,回流提取2次,每次1.5 h。水洗除杂工艺为:9倍量水静置24 h,共2次。结论提取的总黄酮含量达到了70%,工艺简便、可行,生产成本低,可供工业化生产参考。
Objective To optimize the extraction procedure of the total flavonoids from Frutus aurantii immaturus. Methods Extraction procedure was screened by orthogonal test according to the content of the total flavonoids which was measured through UV spectrophotometry at 283 nm using naringin as control, and the procedure of removing impurity was screened by water. Results The optimized extraction procedure was as follows : 60% alcohol, 8 times volume of the weight of the dried material, refluxing 1.5 h for 2 times. The procedure of removing impurity in water was as follows : 9 times volume of the weight of the dried material, placed 24 h for 2 times. Conclusion The content of the total flavonoids is above 70%. The procedure is simple and feasible. The production cost is low. The procedure can provide a reference to the production.
