摘要
对金银花粗提粉中萃取高纯度绿原酸的方法进行了研究。萃取分配系数D测定结果表明,醋酸乙酯是纯化绿原酸的适用溶剂。四级萃取的绿原酸回收率将近90%,得到的产品经UV和HPLC检测绿原酸含量分别为69.1%和35.2%。从LC-MS检测结果推断,产品中含有绿原酸异构体和异绿原酸。
The extraction method of chlorogenic acid(CGA) from the crude honeysuckle powder is studied. The distribution coefficient D indicated: Ethyl acetate was the most suitable extractant for CGA's purification. After 4 -stage extractions, test date showed that CGA's content of the product were 35.2% and 69.1% by HPLC and UV respectively. The experimental CGA recovery ratio was almost 90%. The product was determined containing CGA's isomer and isochlorogenic acid by LC-MS test.
