牙舒安片质量标准研究

Study on the Quality Standand of Yashuan Tablets

目的建立牙舒安片的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对片剂中的山豆根、白芷、冰片进行定性鉴别；用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果薄层色谱中均能检出山豆根、白芷、冰片；盐酸小檗碱在2．1～33．6μg／ml范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系，相关系数r=0．9999，加样回收率为99．01％，RSD为1．37％。结论该方法可用于牙舒安片的质量控制。

Objective To establish the quality standard of Yashuan Tablets. Methods Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep, Angelicac dahurica Benth. et Hook. f,and Cinnamomum camphora （L.） Presl in the tablets of Yashuan were identified with TLC;the contents of berberine hydrochloride was determined with HPLC scanning. Results Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep, Angelicac dahurica Benth. et Hook.f, and Cinnamomum camphora （L.） Presl could be tested out in HPLC chromatogram;berberine hydrochloride appeared a good linear relationship in the range of 2.1 - 33.6 μg/ml, r = 0. 999 9, and the average recovery was 99.01%, RSD = 1.37% （n = 5）. Conclusion This method can be used to control the quality of Yashuan Tablets.
