摘要
目的建立妇舒片的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别妇舒片中的大黄、牡丹皮、乌药;并采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定该药中大黄素、大黄酚的含量。结果在薄层色谱中可检测出大黄、牡丹皮、乌药,大黄素在52.2~261.0μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9995,平均加样回收率为98.77%,RSD=1.02%(n=6);大黄酚在108.1~540.5μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996,平均加样回收率为99.27%,RSD=1.92%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法简便易行,重现性好,可有效地控制该制剂的质量。
bjective To establish the quality standard of Fushu Tablet. Methods Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Cortex Moutan, Radix Linderae in Fushu Tablet were identified by TLC. The eontent of emodin and ehrysophanol in Fushu Tablet was determined by HPLC. Results Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Cortex Moutan, Radix Linderae eould be detected by TLC. Emodin showed a good linear relationship at range of 52.2 - 261.0 μg, r = 0. 999 5, the average reeovery rate was 98.77%, RSD = 1.02% ( n = 6 ). Chrysophanol showed a good linear relationship at a range of 108.1 -540.5 μg, r = 0.999 6, the average reeovery was 99.27% ,RSD = 1.92% (n = 6). Conclusion The established method is simple, feasible and reproducible. This study provides a method for the quality eontrol of Fushu Tablet.
