七星镇痛膏100例临床观察总结

Clinical Obervation Summary of Qixing Pain-relieving Plaster on 100 Cases

目的评价七星镇痛膏治疗类风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎、颈腰椎病等疼痛的疗效。方法采用随机单盲对照实验方法。治疗组和对照组均为隔日局部用药1次,疗程15 d。结果选符合指标的合格受试者100例,包括治疗组68例,对照组32例。治疗至第15天作疗效评价,治疗组的总有效率为86.3%,对照组为75%。治疗组不同证候组间比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论七星镇痛膏治疗类风性关节炎、骨关节炎、颈腰椎疼痛病症具有满意的疗效,尤其对寒湿阻络证患者疗效更佳。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Qixing pain-reliving plaster on rheumatoid,osteoarthfitis and cervical lumbarspondylopathy. Methods A random, single-blind parallel study was conducted. The experimental group and the control group were given local administration every other day. Treatment was given for 15 days. Results 100 patients were selected and divided into two groups （68, experimental group ;32,control group）. The total clinical efficacy rate was 86.3% for the experimentalgroup and 75% for the control group. The difference among different syndromes in the experimental group was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Qixing paln-relleving plaster has obviously satisfactory effect on rheumatoid, osteoarthritis and cervical and lumbar spondylopathy, especially for the patients with cold-damp syndrome.
