摘要
研究了麦草浆的物理化学及电荷特性,以及无机盐对麦草浆电荷特性的影响。并研究了在无机盐存在下,麦草浆ASA施胶的效果。研究结果表明,金属离子能降低浆料的负电性,并能提高ASA的施胶效能,酸根离子能增加浆料的负电性,对ASA的施胶不利。
The physical-chemical and charged characteristics of wheat straw pulp and the effects of inorganic salts in the stock on sizing with ASA were studied. The results showed that metal ions can decrease the anionic charges of the stock, and increase sizing effect of ASA on the stock with proper dosage. The existence of acidic groups may increase the anionic charges of the stock and be detrimental to ASA sizing.
