摘要 采用水溶液自由基聚合制备了非离子型聚丙烯酰胺,再经过Hofmann降解法得到阳离子聚丙烯酰胺。然后用正交实验对Hydrocol体系的助留助滤性能进行了研究。实验表明,Hydrocol体系最佳配方为阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的加入量0.08%、分子量403万,膨润土用量0.4%,灰分含量最大可提高0.79%,打浆度最大可降低5.13°SR,表明自制阳离子聚丙烯酰胺与膨润土构成的Hydrocol体系具有较理想的助留助滤性能。 Nonionic polyacrylamide was prepared according to radical polymerization, and the resulting polymeric product was subsequently modified based on Hofmann procedure. The positively charged modified pol);mer(cationic polyacrylamide) with molecular weight of 4 030 000 was then combined with bentonite to form the hydrocol system, and its retention and drainage aid effect on bleached straw pulp was investigated by orthogonal analytical method. The experimental results show that, ash content of handsheets can add to 0.79%, and beating degree of pulp can be reduce by 5.13°SR when the dosages of cationic polyacrylamide and bentonite are 0.08% and 0.4% respectively.
