探索卵巢癌组织中转移抑制基因的表达及相关功能 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨MRP-1/CD9和integrinsα5基因表达在卵巢癌浸润、转移发生中的作用。方法应用RT-PCR方法检测正常卵巢组织(Ⅰ组)、卵巢良性肿瘤组织(Ⅱ组)、卵巢交界性瘤组织(Ⅲ组)和卵巢癌组织(Ⅳ组)中MRP-1/CD9及整合素的mRNA水平表达,统计学多因素分析。结果MRP-1/CD9和inte-grinsα5在卵巢癌组织中存在和生物学作用的确切。结论MRP-1/CD9与integrinsα5为卵巢癌浸润、转移相关基因,基因表达水平下降、缺失,肿瘤即将发生或已经浸润、转移,对判断肿瘤的预后、制定肿瘤的治疗方案具有重要意义。 [Objective] To explore the effects of MRP-1/CD9 and integrins a5 in the invasion and metastases of ovarian cancer. [Methods] The expression levels of MRP-1/CD9 mRNA and integrins α5 proteins were evaluated by RT-PCR in normal ovarian tissues, ovarian cancer primary and metastasic foci tissues and lymph tissues in ovari- an cancer with or without lymph metastases. Analyzed the expression levels of MRP-1/CD9 genes and integrins α5 proteins by multivariant analysis statistically. [Results] The results showed the exact biological effects of MRP-1/ CD9 and integrins α5 in ovarian cancer tissues from RT-PCR. [Coulusions] The MRP-1/CD9 and integrins 0.5 are definitely correlated with ovarian cancer. Carcinogenesis will occur or invasion and metastases of cancer have already happened when these genes are down-regulated even absent. This is helpful for us to predict the prognosis and make treatment projects.
