乌体林斯治疗慢性肺心病的临床研究

Clinical research of treating senium chronic pulmonary heart disease with Utilin "S" injection

目的探讨乌体林斯(Utilin“s”)注射液治疗老年慢性肺心病的临床疗效、免疫功能、肺功能及安全性。方法采用开放对比方法,选择60岁以上老年慢性肺心病人127例随机分成两组,治疗组应用抗炎、平喘、扩管及对症治疗外,加用乌体林斯注射液,3.44μg静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程为0.5～1.0个月。对照组仅用抗炎、平喘、扩管及对症治疗。结果显示治疗组与对照组有效率分别为78.24%与67.74%。肺功能检查(FEV1.0、FEV1.0%、PEF);免疫功能测定(CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8,NK细胞活性测定,IgG、IgA),治疗组治疗后明显上升,与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);对照组无明显变化。结论乌体林斯注射液具有肯定的免疫增强作用,改善肺功能,是一种疗效良好、安全的免疫治疗和预防药物。

[Objective] To compare the clinical therapeutic effects,immunological functions, pulmonary functions and safeties of treating senium chronic pulmonary heart disease with Utilin ＂S＂ injection. [Methods] We choose 127 patients who were suffered senium chronic pulmonary heart disease and all were above 60 years old, and who were randomly divided into two groups. The trial group were treated with sign-treating, antiinflamm-atory and Utilin ＂S＂ injection. We intravenous drop 3.44 μg Utilin ＂S＂ one time per day. The course of treatment is one month. The contral group are treated only with sign-treating and antiinflammatory. [Results] It was displayed that the effective power of the treated group and contral group was 78.24% and 67.74%. Compared with the prior treatment group, the pulmonary function test （FEV10, FEV10%, PEF） and immunal function exam; nation （CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8, NK cytoactive determination, IgG, IgA） of the post-treatment group obviously increased after we had treated the trial group. And the distinction was significant （P 〈0.01）, but the distinction of the control group had no marked change. [Conclusions] Utilin ＂S＂ injection has positive immunal enhancement effect and improving pulmonary function. It is a prophylactic agent which has fine therapeutic effect and safe immunotherapy.
