56例急性髂股静脉血栓手术治疗经验

Surgical treatment of acute iliac vein thrombosis

目的探讨急性髂股静脉血栓形成手术治疗经验。方法全部病例均手术取栓,其中配合介入治疗43例。结果术后随访半年,除11例下肢明显肿胀外,余均达到治愈标准。结论对急性髂股静脉血栓形成,综合治疗是必要的。

[Objective] To assess the experience about the surgical treatment of acute iliac vein thrombosis. [Methods] 56 patients with acute DVT were treated with thrombeetomy. Interventional therapy was given in 43 cases. [Results] After 6 months of follow-up, all cases except 11 ones met the cured standards. [Conclusions] It is necessary to use combined treatment for acute iliac vein thrombossis patients.
