微小乳腺癌的X线诊断(附42例报告)

X-ray Diagnosis of Microsmall Breast Cancer (A Rewport of 42 cases)

目的:为进一步提高微小乳腺癌的诊断水平。材料与方法:作者总结经手术病理证实42例微小乳腺癌的X线表现。结果:42例中,15例呈肿瘤结节,12例出现恶性钙化,11例局部结构紊乱,10例出现小灶致密影,3例显示为星芒征。结论:对上述诸多特殊表现的认识,在微小乳腺癌的诊断中具有重要价值。

Purpose： To improve the radiological dianosis of microsmall breast cancer. Materials and Methods： The authors collected the mammographic images of 42 cases with microsmall breast cancer confirmed by pathology wrer analysed. Results： Among 4.2 patients, 15 cases showed knob, 12 cases had malignant calcifications, 11 cases had focal arclfitecture distortion, 10 cases demonstrated small focus of increased density, 3 cases had star sign. Conclusion： To recognize the specific X - ray findings of microsmall cancer of breast is valuable for diagnosis.
