摘要 降钙素基因相关肽(calc iton in gene-related peptide,CGRP)广泛分布于中枢及周围神经系统,参与多种生理活动。笔者现对其CGRP的分子生物学特性、分布、合成与调节、CGRP与神经递质共存、周围神经损伤后CGRP的变化及其意义、CGRP与神经营养因子等方面进行综述如下。 Calcitonin gene-related peptide ( CGRP) is widely distributed in the central and peripheral nervous system,and involved in diverse physiological functions. The author now reviewed the recent advances of CGRP from the view of its molecular biologic characteristics, distribution, synthesis and modulation, coexistence of neurotransmitters, changes after peripheral nerve injury, and so on.
