Synthetically Control of the Quality on Squeezed Castings

就影响挤压铸件品质的各种因素以及各种因素之间的相互影响问题进行研究。提出了挤压铸件品质综合控制过程的3个阶段,即前期要充分论证、中期要严格控制、后期要严格管理;根据生产中的条件变化和各工艺参数之间相互影响,合理控制和调整参数,是获得合格挤压铸造件的必要条件;对挤压铸造件质量的综合控制,是获得高效益的基本保证。

The effects of various factors and interaction among factors on the quality of the squeezed castings have been approached. It gives three phases, namely, the full appraisal in the forepart, strictly control in the medium and strictly management in the last. It is a necessary condition to get qualified squeezed castings by reasonably controlling and adjusting parameters according to the change of the conditions and the interaction among the technical parameters. It is a basic guarantee for the high-efficiency by synthetically controling the quality of squeezed castings.
