摘要
精铸型壳浇冒口的合理设计和发热剂成分的科学配比与使用,是解决精铸产品浇冒口下方出现缩孔问题的关键,也是提高钢水利用率的有效途径。缩孔和钢水利用率偏低是目前精铸行业普遍存在和急需解决的问题。
Elimination of shrinkage hole encountered down ingate/riser investment castings and is an effective way to increase production yield by rationally designing ingate/riser in shell-mold in the investment casting and using lunkerite proportion. Through rationally designing ingate /riser system and effectively using the lunkerite proportion, shrinkage hole and low production yield were eliminated effectively.
