摘要 研究了一种新的模样加工技术,采用计算机控制点热源非接触分层气化聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料材料实现模样三维快速加工。通过典型实例证明这种快速加工技术适合高效、低成本、高尺寸精度地制作单件、小批量消失模铸造模样。这种聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料铸造模样制造新技术为消失模铸造技术的推广应用提供了一个新的途径。 A novel three dimension rapid manufacturing for pattern has been proposed, in which the computer was used to control pin pattern hot knife to evaporate the unnecessary materials by a laminated method. The rapid manufacturing method is suitable for producing single or a few batches of expandable pattern, characterized by high efficiency, low cost and high dimensional precision through verification from some typical sample production.
