Smelting of Al-Li Alloy Containing High Li Content with Vacuum Micro-gravity Apparatus

摘要 利用电磁模拟微重力装置熔炼高锂含量铝锂合金。试验结果表明:Li的质量分数为5%~10%时不产生偏析;合金密度达到了超轻合金的密度范围。通过改进坩埚结构、加热方法、热处理工艺等措施,合金的性能接近已实际应用的8090合金。 Smelting of Al-Li alloy containing high Li content with vacuum micro-gravity apparatus based on electromagnetic analogue has been conducted. The results verify that segregation in the Al-Li alloy containing 5%~10% Li can not be observed, and the density of the Al-Li alloy is located in the density range of super-lighter alloy. The properties of the Al-Li alloy containing 5%~10% Li can approach towards practical application by improving crucible structure, heating ways and heat treatment method.
