超声诊断胎儿的泌尿系异常

Ultrasonographic Diagnosis of Fetal Urinary Systemic Anomalies

目的探讨胎儿泌尿系异常各种声像图表现及这类胎儿伴发的其它系统异常。方法回顾分析65例泌尿系异常胎儿声像图特征,全部病例经引产后病理或分娩后新生儿随访证实。结果65例泌尿系异常胎儿病例中肾积水29例,孤立性肾囊肿3例,多囊性发育不良肾10例,多囊肾7例,肾发育不全5例,肾缺如3例,肾肿大2例,输尿管囊肿4例,巨大膀胱1例,膀胱外翻1例。伴发其它系统异常共14例。结论超声在诊断胎儿泌尿系异常中起重要作用。

Objective To investigate the various ultrasonic features of abnormal fetal urinary system and other system abnormalities accompanied. Methods We reviewed the ultrasonic characteristics of abnormal urinary system in 65 cases confirmed by pathology and the newborn follow-up. Results Among these 65 cases, 29 were diagnosed as hydronephrosis, 3 with salitary renal cyst, 10 with multicystic dysplastic kidney, 7 with polycystic kidney, 5 with renal agenesis, 3 with renal deficit, 2 with renal enlargement, 4 with ureterocele, 1 with large bladder, 1 with bladder exstrophy and 14 accompanied with other systemic abnormalites. Conclusions Ultrasonography plays an important role in diagnosing fetal urinary system anomalies.
