隐匿性阴茎手术技巧的改进

Modification of surgical techniques for correcting the concealed penis

目的：探讨简单、有效、新的隐匿性阴茎术式。方法：1999年1月～2006年1月共治疗隐匿性阴茎患者128例，手术通过Devine术的改进型来完成，阴茎延长、固定与包皮环切一次完成。结果：所有手术均获成功，平均手术时间50min，随访6个月～6年，阴茎发育满意，外观效果好，无并发症。结论：本术式是在Devine术基础上的改进，手术简单易行，术野暴露好，消除了患者潜在的心理影响，是治疗隐匿性阴茎理想的新术式。

Objective： To modify surgical techniques for correcting the concealed penis. Methods： Totally 128 patients with concealed penis underwent prolongation, fixation and circumcision by a modified Devine procedure from January 1999 to January 2006. Results： All operations were successfully accomplished without complication, with good shape and development of penis. The mean operating time was 50 minutes. The follow-up was conducted for 6-72 months. Conclusions：The present modified Devine procedure have the advantages of easy to carry out and good operation exposure and eliminate potential psycho-influence.
