钬激光内镜碎石术治疗上尿路结石的临床进展 被引量:17

摘要 随着输尿管镜与经皮肾镜碎石术的广泛应用,钬激光内镜碎石术治疗上尿路结石已被国内外泌尿外科医师广为接受。目前,内镜技术的不断改进,钬激光碎石术的有效性与安全性日益受到关注,从而对于传统的上尿路结石治疗思路产生影响。有些报道认为,钬激光内镜碎石术可能取代ESWL,成为治疗上尿路结石的首选方案。
