摘要
本文采用虚拟接触载荷法研究了螺纹齿啮合的接触状态,讨论了粘滞、光滑和摩擦滑动接触条件,计算了螺栓和管螺纹连接时,载荷沿齿的分布规律。选取适当的管螺纹锥度可改善载荷的分布规律。所得结果和目前公认的理论解和数值解符合较好。
In this paper, the virtual contact loading meathod was used to study the contact states between the engaged threads of screwed Joint The smooth. sitcking and frictional slipping slippingcontact conditions were discussed and the load distributions along the threads in bolt-nutand threaded pipe joint were computed. Choosing an appropriate taper the load distribu-tion in the threads can be improved. The results got in this paper are consistent with theprevious work.
