摘要 流媒体技术是利用TCP协议和UDP协议之间的差别,在通信双方之间使用HTTP/TCP来传输联络信息,通过RTP/UDP协议传输多媒体文件的内容。这一工作方式极大地提高了多媒体教学资源在网络上的传输速度。基于流媒体技术的在线视频课件的设计与实现方法,包括流媒体教学课件的制作以及课件的点播实现。这种设计和实现具有交互性、易于向其它硬件平台移植、易于维护、投入少等特点,适合开发视频应用,对实现高效在线学习具有重要的现实意义。 Flows the media technology is uses between the TCP agreement and the UDP agreement difference, uses HTTP/ between correspondence both sides TCP transmits the contact information: Through RTP/The UDP agreement transmits the multimedia document content. This work way enormously enhanced the multimedia teaching resources in network transmission speed. Based on flows the media technology the on-line video frequency class design and the realization method, including flows the media teaching class manufacture as well as the class selection and broadcast realization. This kind of design and the realization has the interaction, to other hardware platform transplants, is easy easy to maintain, to invest and so on the characteristic few, suits the development video frequency application, to realizes the highly effective on-line study to have the important practical significance.
