摘要
合成了羟甲基磺酸钠,并对7-氨基-4-萘酚-2-磺酸的磺甲基化反应进行了研究。通过正交试验和单因素实验,确定了7-氨基-4-萘酚-2-磺酸磺甲基化反应的较佳工艺条件为:7-氨基-4-萘酚-2-磺酸与羟甲基磺酸钠摩尔比为1:1.15,pH6.0~6.5,温度40℃,时间3h。产品收率可达96%,HPLC分析纯度达95%以上。产品的结构通过红外、质谱、核磁共振氢谱等进行了鉴定。
Sodium hydroxymethanesulfonate was synthesized and the sulfomethylation of 7-amino-4-hydroxynaphthalene-2-sulfonic acid was studied. The optimum conditions of sulfomethylation were n (7-amino-4-hydroxynaphthalene-2-sulfonic acid) : n ( sodium hydroxymethanesulfonate)=1: 1.15, pH=6.0~6.5, reaction temperature 40 ℃ and reaction time 3 h. The yield of the product was 96%, and its purity was over 95% by HPLC. The product was characterized by IR, MS and ^1H NMR.
