通过对用手机短信的通信方式搭建数据平台与其他通信方式搭建数据平台的比较分析,提出了用手机短信功能通信搭建数据平台的方法,分析手机短信功能通信的优越性。最后,结合工作实践从数据采集、发送、报文组织、协议制定、通信过程、数据处理等方面进行讨论,并给出实现方法和处理流程,从而为手机短信功能在近实时数据平台中提供的新的应用方法。本方法成本低廉、实现方便,在计算机网络无法到达或到达投入成本太高的领域一定可以有更大的应用。

In this article, the system of data platform built by the cell phone message is compared with other communication ways,and the way of building data platform by cell phone message is raised. The advantage of the cell phone message is analyzed. At last,cobined with the author＇s work and practice,the way of realizing and the course of handling are shown based on the discussion of many aspects, such as data collecting and sending, document organizing, agreement formulating, corresponding and the handling of data. Then the new usage of function of the phone message is found in the building of near real - time data platform. This way will cost less and realize conveniently. It will be used widely in the field which the network can not reach or can reach at the expensive cost.
