摘要
针对传统方式下计算机与外围设备通讯可视化低的缺点,以ACS 30 XB信函包裹电子秤为例,系统地介绍PC机与8031单片机的串行通讯原理,在Windows 98操作系统下用Delphi语言开发实现了ACS 30 XB电子秤的量程自动切换和零点自动跟踪功能、PC机与ACS 30 XB电子秤之间的串行通讯,并通过配置的RS 232 C标准串行口,实现计算机的联网管理。实验结果表明,开发的ACS 30 XB电子秤在显示精度和稳定性方面都表现出了较好的特性,同时,具有良好的可视化界面,便于操作管理。
Taking ACS- 30 -XB letter package electronic scale for instance,and directing at the defect that it is invisible of communication between PC and peripheral equipment under the traditional manner,this paper systematically introduces the serial communication principle between PC and 8031 single chip computer, realizes the function of range switching and zero value tracking automatically,and the communication between PC and ACS- 30 -XB electronic scale by Delphi language under Windows98,and then realizes computer-- link management by RS 232C standard serial port. The result of the experiment shows that the ACS- 30 -XB electronic scale does well in accuracy and stability,and is convenient to perform and manage because of its good visible interfaces.
