摘要
电荷型传感器的输出信号为电荷量,具有内阻高,功率小的特点,必须采用电荷电压变换电路将其导出供后续电路使用。详细论述电荷电压变换电路的处理原理和误差、频率、噪声及漂移特性,介绍电荷输出型传感器信号引出实用电路的两种设计例子。
Output signal from charge sensor is called quantity of electric charge,which has high internal resistance & small power. It must be educed by Charge - Voltage transfer network first and then the next cricuit can use it. In this paper we introduce something about Charge- Voltage transfer network such as disposal theory,error, frequency,noise and drift characteristic,and also with two design examples about utility circuit which can educe the signal from charge sensor.
