摘要
X9241是4个数字电位器为一体的CMOS集成电路,每个电位器包含63个电阻,4个电位器可以级联,在程控放大器中可提供256级的增益控制。数字电位器滑臂位置的控制由用户通过I2C串行总线传递增益码控制,X9241自带I2C二线接口,接法简单,使用方便,可灵活控制滑臂位置,改变阻值大小。该芯片广泛应用于电路控制、参数调节和信号处理中。介绍X9241的功能、组成,分析工作原理,给出X9241应用电路框图及编程。
X9241 is intergrated circuit of CMOS that four digital potentiometer is an intergrated one. A potentiometer includes 63 resisces. Four potentiometer can cascading, and provide 256--grade gain control in programmed control amplifier. The position of the slippery arm of digital potentiometer is controlled by transfering gain code through I^2C serial bus by user. X9241 itself gets 12 C port of two lines. The connection method is easy and convenient to use and freely control the slippery arm position to change resistance value. This chip can be widely for circuit control, parameter adjustment and signal processing. This paper introduces the function and composition of X9241, analyzes working principle,and provides X9241 application circuit frame diagram and programming.
