新型麻醉剂在大容量全肺灌洗术中的应用效果

The Application Experience of New-type Anesthetic during Whole-Lung Lavage

目的：探讨新型麻醉剂咪唑安定、异丙酚、维库溴铵在大容量全肺灌洗术（WLL）中的应用效果。方法：分析我院2004～2005年529例次WLL术应用新型麻醉剂以及随机选择以往应用普鲁卡因麻醉500例次WLL情况，比较两者在麻醉诱导及术中情况、苏醒时间、术后不良反应等方面的差异。结果：新型麻醉剂的应激反应发生率及术中术后并发症发生率明显降低，苏醒时间明显缩短。结论：新型麻醉剂咪唑安定、异丙酚、维库溴铵在WLL术中，具有麻醉平稳、代谢快、应激反应及并发症少等优点，进一步保障了WLL安全。

Objective： To observe the effect of the new-type anesthetic Midazolam, propotol, vecuromum bromide during the process of whole-lung lavage（WLL）. Methods： The effect of new-type anesthetics used in 529 cases during WLL in 2004～2005 and the effect of procaine used in 500 cases before 2004 were analysed, and the anesthesia induction condition, process of WLL, analepsia time and the complications during and after WLL were compared between the two groups. Results： The occurranee rates of stress reaction and the complications in group B were markedly lower than that of group A dramatically, and the analepsia time shortened obviously. Conclusion： The new-type anesthetic midazolam, propofol, vecuronium bromide have the good advantages in anesthesia steady, metabolism, subsidence of the stress reaction and the complications compared with procaine.
