Consideration on Individuated Education in Independent Colleges

通过对独立学院学生个性化特点的分析,提出了独立学院个性化的教育教学和管理工作理念,强调独立学院不能照搬普通高校教育和管理工作的现成模式,必须从学生和学院的实际情况出发,开拓创新,突出个性化教育,探索出一条具有独立学院特色的人才培养的新路子,并由此论证了素质教育的实质是一种个性发展教育。

Through the analysis of the individual characteristics of students in independent Colleges, this thesis puts forward the concept of the individuated educational teaching and administration in independent colleges, emphasizing that independent Colleges can not copy the ready model of education and administration in liberal colleges, but must expand the innovation and explore a new way of talent cultivation with characteristics of independent Colleges based on the real situation of colleges and students, and this thesis also demonstrates that the essence of Education for all-round development is a kind of individual development education.
